The last two J-pop singles of Korean boy band Dong Bang Shin Ki, Beautiful You and Doushite Kimi wo Suki ni Natte Shimattan darou?, both turned into Oricon No. 1 hits. The fans are now waiting in anticipation for the release of the band's fourth full-length Korean album. Their latest single is the Japanese version of their upcoming Korean album's principal song.

First Press Limited Edition comes with a cover sleeve-sized collector's card (one out of six randomly selected versions) and a music video DVD.

This means after the group has finished their 4th album activities they will immediately start their promotional work for Mirotic, the Japanese version of the 4th album.

DBSK's 4th album pre-orders break record.

Two years after their “O-Union” album, TVXQ is now finally set to release their 4th Korean album!

Amazingly, on the first day, according to SM Entertainment, the number of people that pre-ordered the album broke records. Reportedly the pre-orders were already a whopping 200,000 just on the first day. When TVXQ released their first album (Tri-Angle), it was only 10,000. During their second album (Rising Sun), they got 130,000 pre-orders. On their 3rd album “O-Union” pre-orders on the first 2 days reached 100,000.

TVXQ has been a very busy group. They have been concentrating in Japan for almost a year or two and their popularity has truly skyrocketed across Asia, making international music audiences curious. Now that their 4th album is set for release, not only their Korean fans, but also International fans, are buying the album.

Fans across Korea have been waiting for TVXQ to make a comeback in their homeland. These Korean fans have been anticipating an album release since last year. That much wait must have been frustrating. But fans still show their support and love despite it all. In fact their support seem to have gotten even bigger.

It is expected that TVXQ will take home some prestigious awards by the end of 2008. According to our source, last year’s Golden Disk Awards top record was 150,000 record sales. But now that TVXQ has already received a big 200,000 pre-orders on the first day, what more when the album is officially released? It is predicted that their record sales might even reach to 500,000 or more!

The 4th album release is set for September 2008. TVXQ is now currently busy recording songs for the new album. Fans have been spotting them in and out of SM Entertainment’s office for the past weeks. Reportedly, TVXQ will be releasing a Korean version of their Japanese song Kiss mini coopera Mama Sayonara (As We Kissed Goodbye), which was written and composed by TVXQ members, Micky Yoochun and Hero Jaejoong collaborated on this song.

Indeed, TVXQ is becoming better and better as they grow with their music. They have proved that they deserve more than be called “idols” in Korea. And we already know that they have become more than that.

TVXQ ! to hold Showcase at Seoul Plaza on 21st.

The popular group TVXQ! will be holding a showcase event for the release of their fourth studio album at Seoul Plaza on Sept. 21st.

Located in front of City Hall, Seoul Plaza usually holds events which are of national significance, and solo performances there are very rare.

TVXQ! will be performing the title track to their fourth album, which will be released three days later on the 24th, and their showcase will be filmed for the SBS "TVXQ! Comeback Special" set to air in early October.

"The area around Seoul City Hall will be filled with fans holding pearl-red balloons, the color of TVXQ!," said a representative from the SM Entertainment agency. "This will be TVXQ!'s first public performance for album four and their first appearance on-air will be for an SBS music program broadcast on September 28th.

Big Bang’s Taeyang, who has released his own solo single “Hot,” has expressed respect for TVXQ.
During his interview with JOYNEWS24, Taeyang said, “TVXQ’s comeback in the later half of the year, coincides with Big Bang’s activitiy period, and so our activities will overlap.” Taeyang also stated that TVXQ and Big Bang have different music styles, but TVXQ is still a group with tremendous talent. ” After watching TVXQ’s performances and hearing their songs, I was very touched.”

“Just like we are beginning in Japan now, TVXQ had the same determination when they began to venture into Japan. Seeing their activities in Japan makes me believe that they have real talent.” All of Big Bang’s members really like TVXQ, and Taeyang also said, “This time, our activities and promotions will give us Big Bang and TVXQ a chance to get close with each other.”

Their 4th official album will be released on 24th September, which will mark the start of their promotional activities in Korea.

A teaser video to their 4th album was released on 7th September, which raised the level of anticipation amongst fans and netizens to another level as a snippet to the 4th album music was also revealed in the video.

Dong Bang Shin Ki also said, “Because it is our comeback in Korea after such a long time, we have put into extra effort into it. Please look forward to the music and performances of the newly transformed Dong Bang Shin Ki.”
