After the last October 27th Court decision of terminating some effects of exclusive contract, the five members of TVXQ will be back to Japan and resume their activities there. [News] More Info Regarding 091027 Courts Ruling On TVXQ-SME Trial

Let me summarize the current situation right now in more simple words?

1. Seoul District Court is so far favoring JaeChunSu side. They partially accepted the exclusive contract suspension the trio have been submitted. The partially accepted here so far only mentioned about the three members now can have their right to decide whether they will take one job or not. So the three members are now like 3rd parties to SM. Said that with this decision, TVXQ activities as five members will lay on three members‘ decisions, and not SM Entertainment.

2. With the point that TVXQ activities as group can still be continued, thus Court couldn’t terminate the clause about income distribution (which I’m a bit blurred here~however not in any line there’s a say that Court already deals with the unfair distribution income nor the length of contract).

3. SM is NOT YET saying anything about accepting or refusing this decision. They still said in their press release today, “About our exact official stand, we will inform it soon.”

4. The three members also have not fully agreed with the current decision. However, they’re now preparing to settle matter with SM regarding the existing payment settlement to prevent another unfair payment in the future, as well as the fact that they haven’t received any payment from SM since February this year, and another remaining issues about income distribution.

5. If both parties finally agreed with this, it’s much probable that JaeChunSu will stay at SM, yet with more independent decision rights, and — if the negotiations about income distribution runs smooth — also with more fair income distribution.

6. This is NOT final decision. As SM hasn’t said anything and the main point of this case, the income distribution is not yet solved.

A staff from Japanese station KNTV said this about TVXQ’s popularity to the production crew, “TVXQ, whose popularity is shooting skyhigh in Japan, is different from the Hallyu starts that enjoy popularity here. TVXQ didn’t use the Hally wave and didn’t come to Japan as Korean stars; debuting instead, as a JPOP group in Japan, formed by 5 Koreans. During their debut period, like all new artists, they went around and did small-scale activities, and the members of TVXQ even went to the broadcast stations personally to promote their albums.”
When they first debuted, they stood on a platform and performed in front of 30 people. Ironically, when they were experiencing this in Japan, it was at a time when they were at the height of their popularity in Korea, sweeping all the awards in the ceremonies, and becoming Korea’s top stars in 2006.
They relinquished their positions as top stars, as well as their pride, and started doing activities in Japan from the bottom. After almost 4 long years of working in Japan, TVXQ finally performed on their dream stage, the Tokyo Dome, with their own concert, and are unanimously acknowledged by the Japanese audience: TVXQ is the most successful Korean artist in Japan.

When i was young, i thought one of my relative’s daughter using a pink Hello Kitty blanket was really cute. From a long time ago, it was very popular in Korea already. There are even Hello Kitty mania’s in the male staff, no matter the pens or the lighters, its all pink (laughs). The Kitty who is loved by so many generations is fantastic!

This song gives people the image of “Thank you for loving me!”. I reckon that it matches very well with Hello Kitty’s blessing. I had also used the feel of “thank you everyone” to sing this song. This year’s the 35th anniversary… Kitty sister [T/N he used the phrase that refers to 'older sister'] (laughs). You still need to be loved by the future generations, please stay young eternally!

[TRANS] TVXQ UNSEEN FOOTAGE REVEALED FOR THE FIRST TIME

The untold stories of the members of TVXQ has been revealed.

MBC’s “Everyone ‘More Star Secrets-Episode: TVXQ’”, airing the afternoon of the 24th, features Elementary School friends of TVXQ’s Xiah Junsu with whom he had formed a group, touring around Ilsan and putting on shows in the past.

For the first time ever, a never-before-scene video clip from 10 years ago in his past is being revealed.

“Every part of him was just filled to the brim with energy. He’d just suddenly start singing in the middle of a meal. He also had, should I say, a certain passion for dance? You could just feel his energy radiating off of him. In addition, the documentary includes the experiences of Max Changmin, who debuted in his first year of highschool, of having attended English and Math cram schools into late at night until right before this event, and those of Yunho and his outstanding dedication to the school, who wasable to receive a 3 Year Perfect Attendance Award and serve as Class President even during his difficult Trainee days. The documentary airs on the 24th at 12 pm.
